WHAT IS ZTV?
ZTV
is a quality digital television service. Unlike
basic wired cable, you are going to receive a sharper
image with digital plus your video options are greater.
Plus, by bundling your television service with
your telephone and high speed internet, you
get lots of great features at much lower costs.

IS ZTV RIGHT FOR ME?
If you want a greater choice in
your variety of viewing, then ZTV is for you. If
you rent movies all the time,
ZTV is for you. With over 80 basic television channels
there's always something to watch
AND you get music channels - so, if you're
not in the mood to watch TV, you can always listen
to your favorite music. And you have the option to
rent Pay Per View movies - in your home! Plus,
you have the option of expanded and premium services.

WHAT CHANNELS DO YOU GET WITH
ZTV?
With ZTV you get over 80 basic
television - which does include your local channels,
such as ABC, CBS,
NBC and Fox. You also get music channels. ALL
IN THE BASIC PACKAGE.
You can add the expanded service
which gives you additional channels OR you
can choose premium channels separately OR you can
add the PREMIUM package which will give you 3 channels
of HBO and 3 channels of Cinemax on top of the channels
you are getting with the expanded service and the
music channels. You also can have access to Pay Per
View, with any package you choose.

DO I NEED SPECIAL EQUIPMENT OR
SPECIAL SERVICES TO HAVE ZTV?
The only service you
need to get you started is your telephone line, including
transport service (basically telephone and Internet).
You do have to have a set top box to operate your
ZTV but you don't
have to worry about any gaudy satellite dishes on
your roof and it's so inexpensive and easy
to use!

I HAVE THREE TELEVISIONS IN MY
HOUSE. WILL ZTV WORK ON ALL OF THEM?
ZTV can be installed
on up to four sets, if you want. Initially it is
installed on one set but you may add it to one other
set in your house with the use of our leap frog, which
doesn't affect the quality of the digital picture.

WHAT ARE BUNDLEZ?
Bundlez is the great option of receiving multiple area services - cable, telephone and high speed internet - from CROSS. A Bundle is required to receive ZTV in your home.

ARE PAY PER VIEW CHANNELS AVAILABLE
WITH ZTV?
You most definitely
have the option to rent Pay Per View movies right
in your own home. There's
no need to run to the video rental store - you've
got the latest and greatest movies at the touch of
your finger tips . . . and the best thing here is,
you rent the movie and are sent a bill, on your monthly
telephone bill - and you never have to worry
about returning the movie - or a late fee.

WILL I BE CHARGED FOR PAY
PER VIEWS THAT I DID NOT AUTHORIZE?
There's no
need to worry about everyone being able to rent movies
and charge them to your account because you have
a code and only those people who you authorize to
have your code will be able to access the movies.
You have total control.

CAN YOU BLOCK CHANNELS?
Your ZTV
is very family friendly. You control what your children
watch. You can block ratings - for
no additional charge - and unblock them at
your discretion.

WHAT KIND OF WARRANTIES COME WITH
THIS SERVICE?
The only equipment that is customer
owned is your modem. It comes with a one-year manufacturer's
warranty. An extended warranty for this product is
available if purchased before manufacturer's
warranty expires.

DO YOU SERVICE THE PRODUCT YOU
SELL ONCE IT IS INSTALLED IN MY HOME?
Your ZTV service
comes with some of the best customer service and
support available. You get customer support from
your trusted CROSS neighbors. Our customer
support staff is located at our main office in Warner
and will provide support during working hours. We
do have a message line after 5 p.m. and on weekends
where troubles may be reported. A ZTV maintenance
plan is available for an additional charge.

WILL I HAVE TO MORTGAGE THE
FARM TO HAVE ZTV INSTALLED & STILL
PAY THE MONTHLY BILL?
Hold on to that deed and don't
worry about forking out tons of cash. There are so
many options available for you that are comparable
to those satellite networks out there now. But, with
ZTV, remember, it's about what you want. All
we want is for you to be happy and to take care of
you.
